 Linda's path to teaching began at age 17 when she became the youngest teacher ever hired by the local School Board. From there her journey in Natural Medicine led her to study on four different continents. She currently holds the position as the Dean and Director of Training & Educational Development and Senior Instructor for CIHS which she co-owns with her husband Paul. She continues to teach and share with students all around the world.
Linda is also owner & head practitioner of Halton Holistic Healthcare. She is a Homeopath, holds a Doctorate in Acupuncture and TCM, a Diploma in Naturopathy, a Registered Orthomolecular Health Practitioner, a Reiki Master, a Registered Biofeedback Therapist and holds numerous certifications from around the world in hypnotherapy, therapeutic touch, kinesiology, healing touch, aromatherapy and reflexology.
In 2005 she was ordained as a Dame of Merit through the Sovereign Orthodox Order of the Knights Hospitaller. She has worked diligently with her clients for over 25 years to uncover the reasons for their stressors, whether they be physical, emotional, mental or spiritual in nature. |

Paul graduated from the University of Guelph with a BSc in Microbiology. He has his Doctorate in Acupuncture and Acupuncture Science & teaches Acupuncture at the College of International Holistic Studies that he co-owns with his wife Linda. Paul has a gift for education and working with people with compassion and insight. He assists in Program Development and attracting the best teachers and instructors of higher learning in the fields of complementary and integrative medicine today. Paul is the Registrar at CIHS.
In the clinic - Halton Holistic Healthcare - he uses Acupuncture, Laser, Scenar and Hydrotherapy to tailor specific treatments in order to best help clients with their pain conditions.

Department Head of Orthomolecular Medicine and Nutrition
 Dr. Meschino is a Doctor of Chiropractic, Doctor of Naturopathy, holds a Masters Degree in Science with specialties in nutrition and biology, and is a fellow of the Academy of Anti-Aging Research. He is an associate professor, in the division of biochemistry and physiology, at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto, where he has taught nutrition and natural medicine courses since 1984. He is the author of The Meschino Optimal Living Program: 7 Steps To A Healthy, Fit Age-Resistant Body, as well as three other books on nutrition, wellness, and anti-aging. Dr Meschino has taught and coordinated the second year nutrition course at The Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine and is a faculty member of the American Council on Exercise.
Since 1984, Dr. Meschino has actively taught courses on nutrition, supplementation, exercise physiology, and anti-aging, to health care professionals and the general public throughout Canada and the United States. His continuing education seminars and distance-learning programs are authorized for continuing education credits in many provinces and states throughout North America Dr. Meschino has developed corporate wellness programs for various companies in Canada and the United States and is the Director of Continuing Education for The Renaisante Institute of Integrative Medicine, which provides continuing education courses to health care professionals.
Dr. Meschino has had more than 50 research review papers on nutritional supplementation published by America-Online (pubmed site) and is a regular anti-aging and natural therapies columnist for Dynamic Chiropractic, Massage Today and Naturopathy Digest.  Anthony Speroni began practice in complementary and alternative medicine in 1976, when he stepped out of the classrooms at the University of Miami, Florida, and into the treating rooms at the Clinical Hypnosis and Biofeedback Therapy Center of North Miami Beach.
In early 2005, Anthony Speroni invested in some of the most advanced and sophisticated biofeedback equipment in the world. In early 2006, encouraged further in his career by the advancements in bioenergetic science and medicine, Dr. Anthony Speroni completed his second, complementary and alterative medicine doctorate degree – Doctor of Natural Health. He also completed his advanced training for certification as a biofeedback practitioner.
In 2007, Dr. Speroni was the first practitioner to introduce to Central Florida a French-invented medical measuring device, the Electro Interstitial Scan (EIS) System. Anthony currently travels around the county holding specialized CAM classes that are designed to show health care practitioners (in all disciplines) how to incorporate still-surviving, ancient, health care techniques with modern, all natural, completely safe, non-invasive approaches.  Dr. McCreary, PhD, DNM has studied the interplay between the mind, spirit and body and its impact on both the development and reversal of disease conditions for the past 15 years.  Robert Johnston graduated from the University of Manitoba in 1974 and Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 1979. In 1983 he received his fellowship in acupuncture from the International Academy of Medical Acupuncture and is also certified in Auricular Medicine. He received his D.Hom in 1993 from the Homeopathic Medicine Association of Canada and completed his studies in Homotoxicology with Heel Canada. Robert has been an active participant in the Functional Medicine Institute, studying under Dr. Jeffrey Bland since 1983 and continues to incorporate nutrition, chiropractic, homeopathy, homotoxicology, acupuncture, auricular medicine and bio-energetic medicine in his practice of 28 years. |

She belongs to the Canadian Society of Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture, the Examining Board of Natural Medicine Practitioners of NA, SAG and ACTRA. Scarlett is recognized for combining TCM and Sound Healing. A leader in the human potential and integrative fields in Healing; her successful seminars and concerts are featured in England, USA, Canada and Australia. She teaches and lectures in both Music and Medicine (TCM) and has an extensive education from Eastern and Western philosophies and traditions. She is recognized for her dynamic, practical, and informative workshops, symposiums and concerts integrating theory with explorations of spirit.  A graduate of The Institute for Holistic Nutrition, a Registered Orthomolecular Health Practitioner and Certified Professional Cancer Coach, Nina has 7 years clinical experience running her own practice in Markham. She also worked with Dr. James Meschino, DC, MSc., N.D., running a clinical weight loss program in Richmond Hill and was the designated clinical nutritionist at Toronto’s Columbus Centre in Toronto. These initial years in clinical practice provided extensive experience working with others, restoring their health and helping them to reconnect to the joy of living in a highly functional body and a balanced mind.
With a caring and personal approach, she provides factual, evidence based information about nutrition, creating a dramatic difference to the function, health, vitality and overall sense of well-being of her clients. She is passionate about enrolling others in the restorative benefits of healthy eating practices, improving their current health status, and making proper use of natural products and supplementation.
Nina understands that most people don’t realize that major life-threatening conditions, including heart attack, heart disease, stroke, most cancers, osteoporosis, adult-onset diabetes, etc, principally result from faulty nutrition and lifestyle practices. For this reason, she believes everyone can benefit from at least one session with her, to prevent or significantly help an existing health condition and enjoy the advantages of a targeted nutritional game plan.

 Sharron’s specialty is working with children, and her heart is for those with special needs such as ADD/ADHD, autism, allergies, asthma, cerebral palsy, down syndrome and the emotionally traumatized.
Sharron comes from an educational background having spent ten years in the classroom and three years as an Assistant Elementary School Principal. She earned her biofeedback certification with the Natural Therapies Certification Board and the College of International Holistic Studies.
She has a Master of Education degree, specializing in curriculum development. Sharron recently authored the first LIFE System training manuals recognized by the NTCB and CIHS. These manuals are currently used throughout North America and have helped to bring about the standardization of education in the field of quantum biofeedback.
